Hello!

When you think of resisted swimming, you probably think of big, powerful sprinters.

It’s all about strength and power.

That’s not wrong.

Resisted swimming IS great for developing strength and power.

The problem with this line of thinking is that it GREATLY limits how resisted swimming can help your swimmers go faster.

You see, resisted swimming can be used in just about ANY training set.

And while resistance is great for developing strength and power in the water, it’s actually NOT what resisted swimming is most useful for.

What’s that?

SKILL.

If you want to improve your swimmers’ skills, it’s one of the best tools there is.

The challenge is that there is a lot of information about how to use resisted swimming to help swimmers get ‘strong’.

But there’s very little information about how to use resistance to improve their skills (while ALSO helping them get strong!).

It’s been a focus on mine for a long time, and I want to share with you what I have learned.

I’ve been working on something that does just that.

The goal is to help you learn to use resisted swimming to improve your swimmers’ skills AND fitness.

I want you to be able to do that regardless of the type of swimmers you work with or the type of resistance you have access to.

It will be available at the end of the month.

It’s going to cover HOW resisted swimming can improve skills.

It’s going to cover ALL the different types of resistance.

I’ll go over the pros, the cons, and how to use each type of resistance optimally.

It’s going to cover all the strategies for implementing resistance for optimal effect.

There will be a ton of sets where I show you how to put these ideas into practice.

Beyond that, I want to make sure I cover what YOU want.

So before I hit save for the last time, I need to know what’s important to you.

Can you help me out?

You can let me know by filling out a one question survey.

There is only one thing I want to ask you…

What are your two top questions about using resistance that I absolutely NEED to answer in the manual?

Click HERE to access the short Google Forms survey.

Thanks!

Keep it simple…

Andrew
