Eligibility
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Active swimming coaches only.
Entrants must have conversational English as this is an interactive course.
Prior clients excluded.
Open world wide, void where prohibited.
Proof of eligibility may be required.
Contest Dates
Entries open on November 9th at 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Entries close on November 15th at 12pm EST.
No entries permitted before or after.
All entries timestamped by platform server time.

3. No bot entries permitted, no multiple accounts permitted, one entry per person. Incomplete entries are ineligible.
Judging Criteria

Athlete Impact Potential (30%)- The specific skills you’re looking to improve and the problems you’re looking to solve.

Implementation Plan & Speed (40%)- This criterion is defined by the clarity, quality, and speed of the plan you intend to implement with the new knowledge you will acquire.

Leverage/Reach (30%)- Your ability to directly impact swimmers' performance by directly influencing athletes and coaches.
If still tied, earliest eligible submission will be declared the winner. All entries are judged by Andrew Sheaff. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
Prizes
2 Grand prizes scholarships are available. 1 grand prize is awarded to the winner. A second prize awarded to the individual who referred the winner to the contest. Entrants may list one referrer on the entry form. If multiple referrers are claimed, credit goes to the earliest timestamp on the winner’s entry. Self-referrals don’t count.

Up to 5 entrants may qualify for a partial scholarship. Can be claimed on a first come, first served basis within 5 days of notification.

No transfers or cash substitutions; Sponsor may substitute equal/greater value if unavailable.
Winner Selection & Notification
Grand prize winners will be selected on November 15th and notified via email by November 16th at 12pm EST.
Winners have 48 hours to respond via email from the time initial email is sent. If no response is received within 48 hours or the winner proves to be ineligible, and alternative selection will be made.
Secondary award winners will be notified on November 17th. Up to 5 runner-up scholarships available on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible entrants who complete checkout within 5 days of notification.
Conduct
Entrants will be disqualified for fraud, plagiarism, or guideline violations. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

Liability/Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes they incur due to accepting a prize. There are no warranties on prizes issued.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, affiliates, and Instagram from claims arising out of participation or prize receipt.
Publicity + IP
Original work only. Entrant retains ownership of submissions; grants Sponsor a non-exclusive license to use for judging, winner announcements, and promotional materials. By entering the contest, permission is given to use winner’s name/likeness/testimonial in marketing. By accepting a prize, winners consent to name/likeness/testimonial use.
Privacy Policy is available HERE. Data will be used to administer the contest, and provide updates.
Sponsor will send contest-related emails; marketing emails only if separate consent is given.
